About fitfinder

Built to back the next generation of fitness businesses.

Fitfinder exists for one simple reason: great fitness spaces shouldn't struggle with admin, empty slots, or clunky software.

Studios, gyms and independent trainers are the backbone of the fitness industry - yet too often they're held back by fragmented tools, manual bookings, and expensive commission-heavy marketplaces.

We built Fitfinder to change that. Fitfinder combines scheduling, payments, memberships, and discovery into one modern platform designed specifically for boutique and independent fitness businesses. No complexity. No bloated software. No unfair commissions. Just technology that helps venues:

  • Fill more classes
  • Save time
  • Grow predictable revenue
  • Focus on coaching, not spreadsheets

We partner with ambitious operators and give them the tools to scale sustainably - whether that's one studio or twenty locations.

If you run a fitness business, Fitfinder works for you - not the other way around.

Meet the co-founders

Two operators focused on sustainable growth, trusted partnerships, and category-defining execution.

Cian Hendricken

Co-Founder & Commercial Lead

Before starting Fitfinder, he built and scaled large B2B retail and technology rollouts across Ireland, working directly with national chains, suppliers and operators. That experience shaped how Fitfinder approaches the market today - practical, ROI-driven and obsessed with execution.

He specialises in strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and operational scale. A former elite athlete, Cian brings a performance mindset to business: consistency, discipline and long-term thinking over shortcuts.

At Fitfinder, he works closely with studios, brands and corporate partners to ensure the platform delivers real commercial value - not just software features.

James Hendricken

Co-Founder & Operations Lead

He focuses on the day-to-day reality of running fitness spaces - onboarding, workflows, scheduling and making sure every venue gets value from day one.

His strength is turning complexity into simple systems. He oversees studio onboarding, partner success, product operations and support processes, ensuring Fitfinder feels intuitive and easy to use.

James works hands-on with venues to understand how they actually operate, then feeds those insights directly into the product — resulting in software built around real behaviour, not theory.
