Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to allow spaces to be offered to others.
Lateness Policy
Late arrivals may be refused entry or asked to modify participation if a class has already started, to ensure safety and minimal disruption.
No Show Policy
Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or charges at the studio's discretion.
Refunds Policy
Classes, memberships, and packages are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances approved by management.
